Bank of China (BOC) - You may also want to have an account in an international bank. All the foreign exchanges are done at BOC banks as well. There are a few ATMs and one Sub-branch Bank Office in the Rizhao University Town.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) -There is one ATM in the Rizhao University Town.
